• Orders are processed once payment is authorized. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent or that exceed inventory limits.
• All product designs, CAD files, and branding remain the intellectual property of ArcForge Arms. Redistribution or resale of our proprietary files without permission is prohibited.
• ArcForge Arms is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific item in question.
